If your mobile phone is on file with your MCNB account linked to your debit card, we'll send you a text right away for any transaction charged to your card that seems suspicious. Then you can tell us if you recognize the transaction. We'll put things on hold until we hear from you.
Please note that keeping your mobile number current with us is essential to taking advantage of this safety feature. Contact your local MCNB Banking Center as soon as possible if your mobile number changes.
